1. Introduction

Welcome to Harbour Crest.

Harbour Crest is an educational brand currently operated by its founder and authourized representatives. References to "Harbour Crest," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms refer to the operator of the Harbour Crest educational services.

These  Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Harbour Crest website, application process, educational programs, classroom activities, digital resources, printed materials, online services, and any other educational services offered by Harbour Crest.

By accessing the Harbour Crest website, submitting an application, enrolling in any Harbour Crest program, making a payment, or using any Harbour Crest educational resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these  Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or enroll in any Harbour Crest program.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

"Harbour Crest" refers to the Harbour Crest brand, its founder, instructors, authorized representatives, employees, educational services, website, and educational materials.

"Student" means any individual who applies for, enrolls in, attends, or participates in any Harbour Crest educational activity.

"Website" means the official Harbour Crest website and all associated webpages.

"Course Materials" include printed manuals, notes, presentations, AI prompt libraries, Knowledge Vault resources, worksheets, videos, classroom materials, digital files, and any other educational content created or distributed by Harbour Crest.

"Educational Services" include offline classes, online classes, workshops, seminars, educational resources, research materials, future educational offerings, and any associated services provided by Harbour Crest.

3. Nature of Services

Harbour Crest is an educational institution providing structured financial market education.

Harbour Crest does not provide:

  • Investment advisory services;

  • Portfolio management services;

  • Brokerage services;

  • Financial planning services;

  • Stock recommendations;

  • Buy or sell recommendations;

  • Personalized investment advice; or

  • Any regulated financial service requiring authorization under applicable law.

All educational content is intended solely for academic and educational purposes.

4. Educational Purpose

The objective of Harbour Crest is to improve a student's understanding of financial markets, market structure, institutional behavior, risk awareness, market psychology, and research methodologies.

Participation in Harbour Crest should never be interpreted as professional investment advice or a recommendation to invest in any financial product.

5. No Guarantee of Financial Results

Harbour Crest expressly disclaims any representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee regarding:

  • Trading profitability;

  • Investment performance;

  • Financial gains;

  • Income generation;

  • Portfolio growth;

  • Trading consistency; or

  • Future market outcomes.

Financial markets involve substantial risk.

Past examples, classroom demonstrations, historical case studies, market observations, or educational illustrations should never be interpreted as assurances of future performance.

Every student remains solely responsible for every investment, trading, or financial decision made before, during, or after participation in Harbour Crest programs.

6. Student Eligibility

Students are responsible for ensuring that they are 18 years or above by age and are legally capable of entering into an educational agreement under applicable law. 

7. Applications and Admissions

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission into any Harbour Crest program.

Harbour Crest reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline applications;

  • Limit batch sizes;

  • Modify admission requirements;

  • Schedule interviews or screening processes where applicable.

Admission decisions shall remain at Harbour Crest's discretion.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and cooperative learning environment.

Students shall not engage in:

  • Harassment;

  • Sexual harassment;

  • Threatening behavior;

  • Discrimination;

  • Abuse toward instructors or fellow students;

  • Classroom disruption;

  • Academic dishonesty;

  • Misuse of Harbour Crest resources.

Harbour Crest reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation where conduct materially disrupts the educational environment.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, assessments, presentations, videos, logos, branding, website content, research, teaching methodologies, and other intellectual property provided by Harbour Crest remain the exclusive property of Harbour Crest.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for their personal educational purposes.

Without Harbour Crest's prior written consent, students shall not:

  • Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, share, publish, modify, or commercially exploit any Harbour Crest material.

  • Upload or share Harbour Crest content on any website, social media platform, messaging application, cloud storage service, or file-sharing platform.

  • Use Harbour Crest's name, logo, branding, trademarks, assessments, or course materials for any commercial, educational, or promotional purpose.

Harbour Crest reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions.

Any unauthorized use of Harbour Crest's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of program access without refund and may lead to appropriate civil and/or criminal legal action.

10. Use of Course Materials

Students shall not, without prior written permission from Harbour Crest:

  • Copy;

  • Scan;

  • Record;

  • Photograph;

  • Upload;

  • Publish;

  • Redistribute;

  • Sell;

  • License;

  • Share;

  • Modify;

  • Commercially exploit; or

  • Create derivative works from

any Harbour Crest Course Materials.

This restriction applies to both physical and digital materials.

11. Photography & Recording

Audio recording, video recording, photography, livestreaming, screen recording, or reproduction of classroom sessions is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Harbour Crest.

12. Digital Resources

Digital educational resources are provided solely for the personal educational use of enrolled students.

Login credentials (if introduced in the future), downloadable resources, and access to digital materials may not be shared with third parties.

13. Payments

Course fees shall be communicated through official Harbour Crest communication channels.

Enrollment becomes effective only after successful payment and confirmation by Harbour Crest.

Harbour Crest reserves the right to cancel or reject enrollment in cases of:

  • Failed payments;

  • Fraudulent transactions;

  • Chargebacks;

  • Duplicate transactions requiring verification.

Harbour Crest never requests payments through personal bank accounts, personal UPI IDs, WhatsApp messages, social media direct messages, or any unofficial communication channels.

Students and applicants must make payments only through the official payment methods provided directly on Harbour Crest's official website or through payment links generated by Harbour Crest's verified payment partner.

Harbour Crest shall not be responsible or liable for any financial loss resulting from payments made to unauthorized individuals, fake websites, impersonators, fraudulent social media accounts, or any third party falsely claiming to represent Harbour Crest.

Applicants are solely responsible for verifying that they are interacting with Harbour Crest through its official communication channels before making any payment.

Any suspected fraudulent activity should be reported to Harbour Crest immediately.
Harbour Crest prohibits its  students the right to ask for payments on behalf of Harbour Crest. If found associated with such fraudulent activities, Harbour Crest reserves the right to take strict legal action agaisnt the accused and the student permanently looses the eligibility of welcomed to Harbour Crest and its future endeavours, activities, seminars, programs or projects. 

14. Refunds

Refunds shall be governed exclusively by Harbour Crest's Refund Policy.

Students are encouraged to carefully review the Refund Policy before making payment.

15. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems;

  • Introduce malware or malicious software;

  • Misrepresent their identity;

  • Submit false information;

  • Disrupt website functionality;

  • Interfere with website security.

16. Third-Party Services

Harbour Crest may recommend books, AI tools, software, educational platforms, YouTube channels, websites, or research resources.

Such recommendations do not constitute endorsements, guarantees, or partnerships unless expressly stated.

Students access third-party services at their own discretion.

17. Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by Harbour Crest's Privacy Policy.

Students are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harbour Crest, its founder, instructors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Investment losses;

  • Trading losses;

  • Financial decisions made by students;

  • Missed opportunities;

  • Market volatility;

  • Technical interruptions;

  • Delays;

  • Third-party services; or

  • Reliance upon educational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Force Majeure

Harbour Crest shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or inability to provide educational services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Floods;

  • Fires;

  • Pandemics;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Civil disturbances;

  • Power failures;

  • Internet outages;

  • Venue unavailability; or

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

Harbour Crest will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise continue educational services where practicable.

20. Amendments

Harbour Crest reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

The latest version shall be published on the official Harbour Crest website.

Continued use of Harbour Crest services after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
