Harbour Crest is an educational brand currently operated by its founder and authorized representatives. References to "Harbour Crest," "we," "our," or "us" in this Admissions Policy refer to the operator(s) of the Harbour Crest educational services.
This Admissions Policy outlines the eligibility requirements, admission procedures, and general principles governing enrollment into educational programs offered by Harbour Crest.
Our objective is to maintain a fair, transparent, professional, and respectful admissions process while ensuring a productive learning environment for every student.
By submitting an application for admission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Admissions Policy.

Admissions decisions are based solely on the eligibility requirements and operational policies of Harbour Crest.
Eligibility Framework
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum eligibility requirements:

Complete the Harbour Crest Application for Admission accurately and truthfully.

Accept the Student Enrollment Agreement and all applicable Harbour Crest policies.

Successfully complete the required enrollment and payment process.

Comply with all eligibility requirements published by Harbour Crest.
Meeting these requirements does not automatically guarantee admission where seats are unavailable or where other provisions of this Policy apply.

Harbour Crest currently admits only applicants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment.
Applicants below the age of 18 are not eligible for admission.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their date of birth.

Applicants must ensure that all information submitted during the admissions process is complete, accurate, and truthful.

Harbour Crest reserves the right to reject an application, cancel an enrollment, or terminate participation in a program if any information is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Harbour Crest reserves the right to request reasonable proof of identity, age, or other information necessary to verify an applicant's eligibility for admission at any stage of the admissions process or during participation in a Harbour Crest program.
Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in the refusal of admission or cancellation of enrollment.

Harbour Crest reserves the right to revise or update its admission requirements, eligibility criteria, or admissions procedures to reflect operational improvements, educational developments, or legal and regulatory changes.
Any changes shall apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

Selection and Enrollment
Admission to Harbour Crest generally follows the process below:

Submission of the Application for Admission.

Acceptance of the Student Enrollment Agreement.

Successful completion of the payment process.

Verification of application details by Harbour Crest where necessary.

Issuance of the official Enrollment Confirmation & Class Schedule Email.
Admission shall be considered complete only upon issuance of the official Enrollment Confirmation & Class Schedule Email.

Harbour Crest reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission where:

Eligibility requirements are not met;
-
False or misleading information has been provided;
-
Fraudulent activity is suspected;
-
Payment obligations have not been fulfilled;
-
The applicant engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct towards Harbour Crest or its representatives and students; or
-
Continued enrollment would materially disrupt the learning environment or the operation of the institution.
Where admission is refused after payment, refunds shall be governed by the Harbour Crest Refund Policy.

Harbour Crest intentionally maintains limited batch sizes to promote meaningful classroom interaction and individual attention.
Admissions are generally processed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis, subject to seat availability.
Once a batch reaches its maximum capacity, Harbour Crest may:

Close admissions for that batch;

Offer admission to the next available batch; or
-
Maintain a waiting list where operationally appropriate.

After successful payment, Harbour Crest will send an enrollment confirmation email to the email address provided during the application process. If you do not receive this email within a reasonable time, please check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Updates folders before contacting Harbour Crest. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate and accessible.

Important Payment Notice:
Harbour Crest accepts payments only through its official website and verified payment links. Never send money to any individual claiming to represent Harbour Crest through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, or any unofficial source. Harbour Crest is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or fraudulent accounts.

Governing Law & Contact
This Admissions Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes arising from this Admissions Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
